New York City Impressions | Part 1

Welcome to New York, it’s been waiting for you!

So, finally, after one – let’s say interesting – night at a motel in Albany, we made it to New York City!! The first two days we couldn’t really believe that we were actually walking through the Big Apple – it was amazing! On our first full day we decided to do a Hop on Hop off bus tour to get a first impression of the city. Whenever we wanted to we hopped off the bus to take our pictures and explore the streets. Here are some first impressions:

Vanderbilt Ave, the Grand Central Station and the Chrysler Building in the background.

Strolling through 5th Ave and Broome Street. Such a pretty neighborhood – and so New York!

St. Patrick’s Cathedral. Love the mix of old and new architecture!

Somewhere along Mott Street and Perry Street. Couldn’t take enough pictures of those houses!
